Drupon has given instruction on how to conduct four sessions in a day if you are doing a personal Vajrayogini retreat as well as how do do a simple daily practice.

  • ​For a simple single session just do it all as it is layed out in the text - start to finish.
 4 Sessions in a Personal Retreat
  • 1st Session - page 1 through to mantra dissolution.  Then torma offering to Yogini and the Mandala of Dieties; p. 34 Vajrasattva; then p.35 the 3rd line "the wisdom beings dissolve into me"; Hand offering; then the Ganachakra p.38; (traditionally the first morning session has tsok); Remaindersp.42; prayers p.43 & p. 44 (not the tne Tashi last prayer until the 4th session)
  • 2nd Session - Bless the outer Offerings p. 3; p. 13 lineage Supplication through to mantra recitation; inner torma offering. p. 29 - 31; Vajrasattva p.34; p.35 "the wisdom beings dissolve into me; p.43 Offerings, and aspirations prayer
  • 3rd Session same as 2nd Session

  • 4th Session - Bless the outer offerings. p. 3; p. 13 through to the mantra; recite the mantra as much as you can; inner torma offering p.29 to Yogini and mandala of dieties; concluding torma of worldy dieties; Vajrasattva p. 34; p. 35 "All the worldy deities depart": p. 43 All the ending prayers including the Tashi
